Complete Online Coaching Package
Everything you need to jumpstart your fitness journey.
Whether you're brand new to fitness and want to start a personal transformation, or you're returning to the path after a long absence, or if you're already on your way and just need additional guidance and support, I'm happy to customize this plan to fit your needs. My personal coaching strategy for clients is based on gradual, iterative lifestyle adaptations that bring long term and sustainable results over time.
This package is $250 per month, charged on a monthly subscription model which can be cancelled at any time.
Book a Consultation
- Initial Consultation: all my clients complete a short initial survey, followed by a 45 minute interview with me personally, in which we discuss your needs, your history and what your goals are.
- Onboarding Package: I send your digital welcome package, which includes all the tools and software you need to track your progress. We schedule a follow up call where I walk you through how to take your measurements, progress photos & video, and we discuss how to best structure your custom programs.
- Physical Movement Assessment: I conduct a complete physical health and movement assessment to better tailor your plan to your individual needs and goals.
- Fully Customized Training Program: I build a 12 week program based on your level of ability as well as your personal training style preferences. All plans are based on the NASM OPT™️ model and are broken into macro, meso and microcycles. All workouts include a warm up, mobility work, functional movement patterning, a progressive strength block, a cardiovascular component and a cool-down & stretching segment. You will receive the workouts in 1 week blocks via my coaching software platform and we will discuss in your weekly check-ins if you have questions about any of the movements or activities.
- Fully Customized Nutrition Program: I build a complimentary 12 week nutrition program to help move you closer to your goal; whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, increased performance in your sport or just generally improved health. I fully customize this plan to cater to your dietary and meal-timing preferences. Emphasis is always on a balanced, whole foods approach with special attention to adherence and personal accountability practices.
- Weekly Video Check-ins: a 30 minute weekly video chat with me to discuss your progress, check in on any issues you're having and discuss your plan for the next week.
- Daily Accountability Check-in: I send a daily prompt for you to check-in and let me know how you're doing with the program. I'm here to support you 100% of the way!
- Personal Access to me 24/7: Access to my personal email, cell phone and video chat for direct texting and calls, should you want to touch base about anything. I am 100% committed to supporting you to reach your goals and am always available to help.
- Online Exercise and Nutrition Database: full access to any of my online resources including ebooks, whitepapers, pre-set workout programs, exercise database, nutrition articles, recipes and more. I’m always adding new resources to my library!

This program requires access to the following gym equipment:
- Squat rack with safeties
- Plates up to 250 lbs
- Dumbells up to 45 lbs (or just 5, 15, 25 & 35)
- Cable Machine (can substitute bands)
- Various static weight machines (substitutions offered)
