Accelerated Transformation Package
Do you have an important event coming up that you want to prepare for such as a vacation, wedding, school reunion or new job that requires a more aggressive and strategic approach?
While I am not a proponent of very rapid weight loss, very low calorie diets, or other harmful practices, it is possible with the correct planning and a high level of care to achieve results on a faster timeline. I can build a hyper-custom 6 or 8 week accelerated program to help you look and feel your best, just in time for your big day.
The 6 Week Package is $375 and is charged on a one-time basis with no renewal.
The 8 Week Package is $500 and is charged on a one-time basis with no renewal.
This package includes:
- Initial Consultation: all my clients complete a short initial survey, followed by a 45 minute interview with me personally, in which we discuss your needs, fitness and health history and what your goals are.
- Onboarding Package: I send a digital welcome package, which includes all the tools and software you need to track your progress. We schedule a follow up call where I walk you through how to take measurements, progress photos & videos, and we discuss how to best structure your custom program.
- Fully Customized Training Program: I build a 6 or 8 week program based on your level of ability as well as your personal training style preferences. All plans are based on the NASM OPT™️ model and are broken into macro, meso and microcycles. All workouts include a warm up, mobility work, functional movement patterning, a progressive strength block, a cardiovascular component and a cool-down & stretching segment. You will receive the workouts in 1-week blocks via my automated coaching software platform and we will discuss the assigned workouts in our weekly check-ins if you have questions about any of the movements or activities.
- Fully Customized Nutrition Program: I build a 6 or 8 week accelerated nutrition program to help move you closer to their goal. I fully customize this plan to cater to your dietary and meal-timing preferences. Emphasis is always on a balanced, whole foods approach with special attention to adherence and personal accountability practices.
- 2x Weekly Video Check-ins: a 30 minute weekly video chat twice per week with me to discuss your progress, check in on any issues you're having and discuss the plan for the next week.
- Daily Accountability Check-in: I send a daily prompt via SMS for you to check-in remotely and let me know how you're doing with the program.
- Personal Access to me 24/7: Access to me via direct messages or SMS, should you want to touch base about anything.
- Online Exercise and Nutrition Database: full access to any of my online resources including ebooks, whitepapers, pre-set workout programs, exercise database, nutrition articles, recipes and more. I’m always adding new resources to my library for client’s benefit.
