My nutrition-only package includes everything you need to execute a successful weight loss, muscle gain or general health transformation. I provide a fully customized, individual plan catered to your needs and preferences. I emphasize a whole foods approach that can incorporate all your specific food preferences, including Keto, vegan, intermittent fasting or other dietary protocols.
This package is $90 per month, charged on a monthly subscription model which can be cancelled at any time.
Initial Consultation: all my clients complete a short initial survey, followed by a 45 minute interview with me personally, in which we discuss their needs, fitness and health history and what their goals are.
Onboarding Package: I send a digital welcome package, which includes all the tools and software clients need to track their progress. We schedule a follow up call where I walk clients through how to take measurements, progress photos & video, and we discuss how to best structure their custom programs.
Fully Customized Nutrition Program: I build a complimentary 12 week nutrition program to help move clients closer to their goals; whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, increased performance in their sport or just generally improved health. I fully customize this plan to cater to client’s dietary and meal-timing preferences. Emphasis is always on a balanced, whole foods approach with special attention to adherence and personal accountability practices. Client receives their plan in 3 x 4 week instalments.
Weekly Video Check-ins: a 30 minute weekly video chat with me to discuss client’s progress, check in on any issues they're having and discuss the plan for the next week.
Daily Accountability Check-in: my automated software sends a daily prompt for clients to check-in remotely and flags any issues that require my attention.
Personal Access to me 24/7: Access to my chatbot for direct messages, should clients want to touch base about anything. My AI program is coded to interpret issues and recommend solutions from my FAQ library. Any issues requiring my direct response will be forwarded to my email or mobile text messaging app and forward a push notification to my phone so I can respond in real time.
Online Exercise and Nutrition Database: full access to any of my online resources including ebooks, whitepapers, pre-set workout programs, exercise database, nutrition articles, recipes and more. Clients will also have access to the NASM Edge exercise and video databases through my coaching certification. I’m always adding new resources to my library for client’s benefit.
